To ensure prompt delivery, please ensure that someone is present to sign for the package at the specified delivery address. Please be aware that external factors beyond our control, such as strikes or adverse weather conditions, might cause delays. This offer of Standard Delivery for a fiver is applicable only for deliveries within the 26 counties of Ireland.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

For orders originating from both the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland, items will typically arrive within 1-3 business days. Orders placed over the weekend will be treated as if they were placed on the following Monday. It is important to note that these delivery timeframes are provided as general guidelines and are not guaranteed at 100% due to factors outside our control.

SHIPPING COSTS

A standard shipping fee of either €5.00 or €10.00, depending on your location, is applicable to all orders.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

Orders are scheduled for delivery between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. For your convenience, we can arrange delivery to your workplace. When placing an order, please provide your work address, including the company name if applicable.

UNDERTAKING NON-DELIVERY AND RETURNS

The primary reason for non-delivery and returns is often the inability of our delivery service to obtain a signature. If this occurs, please contact us promptly, and we will initiate tracking for your order.

INCORRECT ITEMS RECEIVED

If you suspect that the items you received are incorrect, please get in touch via email. We will conduct a thorough investigation to resolve the issue.

DELIVERY LOCATIONS

We provide delivery services to all 32 counties within the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland, as well as to any country within the European Union.

SPECIFIC DELIVERY DATE/TIME REQUESTS

Unfortunately, at present, we are unable to accommodate requests for specific delivery dates or times during order placement.

RETURNS

The PDCC is dedicated to offering top-quality products. However, we understand that there might be occasions when you need to exchange or return a purchased item. We are more than willing to provide a refund or exchange for any unused product returned within 14 days from the receipt date of your order. Kindly present your dispatch note and/or receipt, and ensure that the product is in reasonable, resalable condition, with its original materials, manuals, and accessories intact.

RETURNING A DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM

For Damaged Items in Transit: In the event of receiving a package with contents damaged during transit, you can return the item(s) to us within 7 days of receiving the order for a replacement or refund. The item must be returned with all packaging materials, manuals, and accessories intact. We will reimburse postage and delivery charges up to the original delivery charge value.

For Defective Items (Within 30 Days of Receipt): You have the right to return a faulty item within a reasonable timeframe. Please retain all warranty information accompanying the item, as it might be required in case of a fault. Should any item we deliver to you arrive damaged or faulty, we will gladly replace or refund the item. We will also refund the cost of returning the parcel, up to the original delivery charge value.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Yes, you will be responsible for the expenses associated with returning the goods and must ensure that they are securely packaged. After our warehouse receives the item, within the 7-day cooling-off period or in cases of damage or defects, you will be reimbursed for the cost of sending the parcel back, up to its original value.
